Agreement between you and My Clear Voice
This Agreement governs any use of the Website as a guest, fee paying member or otherwise.
This website is intended for private use and to promote, engage and deliver the goods and services of My Clear Voice. We hereby declare we are only responsible for the goods and services directly supplied by My Clear Voice and not by any other entity or person affiliated or linked to our website. During an Initial Consultation, which can be done over email or via a phone or video call or in person, My Clear Voice or their representatives will obtain further information from you regarding your situation in order to provide you with the relevant route to access our advocacy services. Every route suggested is subject to its own terms and conditions separate to the use of this website.
My Clear Voice advocacy and consultancy services are subject to separate Terms and Conditions, available after an initial consultation and prior to the engagement of services.
You agree that, except as part of an Engagement (which is subject to separate Terms and Conditions, no duty of care will be established between you and My Clear Voice C.I.C. or its representatives or employees.
We reserve the right to reject questions you ask without providing a reason. However, our reasons for rejecting questions are typically that:
we do not undertake that type of work;
we do not presently have anyone available who undertakes that type of work;
you are unable or unwilling to pay for the work required;
we do not have capacity to do the work;
there are ethical, regulatory or other reasons to refuse (for example a conflict of interest); or
your case is too complex or difficult or we do not have the relevant skills and experience.
Your use of our Website is subject to your fair use that is judged solely at our discretion. However, the aim of our work and the website is to help as many people as possible get the best care possible and we will work to achieve the best outcomes we can within our capabilities for everyone accessing our website and seeking to engage our services.
